a really nice slow burning song, reminds me a lot of if you see her say hello, nice arrangement, the sound was faltless, and although the performance and lyrics did nothing to grab me, the song did allow me to float along in its sweet melancholy until the end.

Critique: I liked this song. Good guitar strumming and a nice voice. Lyrics light and refreshing. Only compliant is vocals are buried in the mix

This song is nice and moody, just the way I like a song to be most of the time. The guitar sound is great. I love the line "Mesmerized by memories".. I call that being "retroflective"... Nice lyrics too.. this song touched my heart.

comments: Reminds me a little of Paul Simon or John Denver. Not too long of an intro, that's good. It's a good song for the type of song it is…not much to say about it really. If anything, the melody could be a little more melodic.

Easy listening. Sounds like a folk song that moves the soul. Nice marriage of lyrics and melody. Sounds a little like George Harrison in the vocals.

This song has a good solid feel = well crafted. Your high notes do remind me of Roy Orbison; I had thought that on my own before reading another similar comment from somebody else. I don’t usually advocate following cliched song structures, but I think your song could use a bridge either before or after the intrumental to give it a change in feel – ‘cos overall I feel it’s just a little repetitious/monotonous as is. The guitar solo in the instrumental needs to come through more in the mix; whether by volume or stronger intent. The delayed echo here and there in your main vocal line doesn’t add anything good, it only distracts. But you have the vast majority of a really good song already well in place here.

Very 60’s Byrds-like arrangement. Loved the Mexi-Cali guitar arrangement before the last verse. Lyric out front and understandable. May want to experiment with vocal harmony to bring out the chorus (just a suggestion). Definitely set the bar for the rest of my reviews.

Nice tune. One of the more stylish vocals on this contest. The song needs some further development, seems too monotonous.

Guitar accompaniment is too repetitive. How about some short solos and a more extensive chord vocabulary for the given key? However, one should really appreciate the short length of this song: it only makes it better partly due to the lack of development. The length is perfect!

The lyrics are cliché-like and very characteristic of mellow rock songs. If they get mildly philosophical, why not keep it up by some bright, original statements. For example, "Time is just a measurement a keeper of the past" is a nice start, although again, too trivial. At least this expression is not overused, something original you came up with.

"Then begin to cry …" suggests some pretense here. Can’t imagine you crying about all this, not after the way you convey these emotions.
Check your spelling on the page: "life is gone TO fast"… Now, I would’ve liked better the idea of some love going to fast (not eat)… This adds some novelty, unexpectedness. Make fun of clichés, don’t use them.
The atmosphere you create with the sound alone is great!

Background vocals a bit confusing...melody flows straight without any surprises...very good title..the mood is rather bleak...

solid acoustic ballad; guitar solo could be a little wilder (for my taste).
The 2nd vocal-voice, which does that counterpoint part, confuses me a little bit.
I like the lyrics.

Nothing new here. Guitar arrangement dominates the proceeding and
could do with mixing up abit. For the variety the song offers I feel
it is too long. Nice sentiment conveyed by the song along with melody, Inshort, I feel this is a reasonable song and nothing more.

Smooth vocals. Like the lyrics, especially the bridge. Reminds me of early 60's folk music. Nice guitar work.

Reminded of Roy Orbison. I love the guitar work! Vocals are kind of timid, though. Maybe signer should give a little more of themself. The song has a mixture of country beat, folk guitar and dreamy sentiment. Just needs to have a little more build of the song- more climax
